This page shows sample copy for the high-fidelity design draft; the final text will be the temple counsel’s approved version, announced before launch. Prices are not yet set site-wide, so related terms appear as “Price on Request.”

1. Return Policy for Handmade Pieces

Each piece is a consecrated, handmade ritual object. returns are not accepted for non-quality reasons; please read the object details before acquiring, or reach out via Inquire to learn more.

2. Defects & Damage

• Damage in transit: international shipping is fully insured; please video-record the unboxing and contact the temple within 48 hours — compensation or replacement is arranged with the recording.
• Craft defects: if the temple verifies a craft defect, we exchange or restore the piece and cover return shipping.
• Wrong or missing items: verified errors are corrected by the temple at our expense.

3. Refunds

Approved refunds go back through the original payment method (Airwallex or PayPal); timing follows each processor’s policy.
