Shipping & Delivery

These terms take effect on 6 October 2026. Any revision will be posted on this page. Prices are quoted in US dollars (US$); pieces not yet priced appear as “Price on Request”.

1. Dispatch & Timing

Each object is dispatched after verification → blessing rite → temple handover, generally within 3–7 business days of order confirmation.

Estimated transit (excluding clearance): Hong Kong, China / Macao, China 3–5 business days; Taiwan, China, Japan, Korea, Singapore, Thailand 5–8 business days; Malaysia 7–12 business days; other regions confirmed individually.

2. Shipping Cost

The temple ships worldwide with free shipping site-wide.

Combined shipments of multiple pieces are also shipped free.

3. Duties & Import Clearance

Destination duties and import clearance are borne and arranged by the temple (DDP — taxes included), handled in line with local customs rules: the price you pay already includes them and no further tax is payable by the recipient.

If customs requires additional documents or declarations, the carrier or the temple will notify you.

4. Tracking & Delivery

A tracking number is emailed on dispatch and can be viewed under Fulfilment Records in your account. The carrier is an international express service, as confirmed in the dispatch notice.

Please inspect on delivery and film the unboxing; if damaged, contact the temple within 48 hours.

5. Undeliverable & Returned

If a destination is undeliverable or the recipient refuses delivery, round-trip shipping and any duties incurred are borne by the recipient.

Once returned and verified intact, the refund follows the Returns policy.
